Reservation & Payment Info:
$200.00 per person deposit required within five days of making reservation. Balance due by May 22, 2017. We strongly encourage the purchase of travel cancelation insurance to protect your payments. If an iIndividual cancels a reservation more than 121 days before to the trip departure, a full refund will be given. If cancellation is made 61 to 120 days prior to trip departure the deposit will be lost. Cancellations made 31 to 60 days before departure are subject to 20% of the tour cost; cancellations made 15 - 30 days prior to trip departure are subject to 30% of tour cost; cancellations made 1 to 14 days prior to departure are subject to 40% of tour cost. There are no refunds for cancellations made day of departure or from early departure from a tour. Please inquire about a Guaranteed Share room program for solo travelers looking for a roommate.
