Tour Includes:
Round trip transportation via deluxe motorcoach, tour escort, one night at the Wellington Hotel including taxes and baggage handling, orchestra seat for 8pm performance of Radio City Christmas Spectacular. Not included: Optional but customary gratuity for driver and escort.
Reservation & Payment Info:
$100.00 per person non-refundable deposit to secure reservation. Full payment due by October 1, 2018. Checks payable to Tours By Design, Inc. Sorry, credit card payments are not accepted. There is a $25.00 fee for checks returned for insufficient funds. Individual cancellations after October 1 may receive partial refund less the non-refundable deposit. Any refund would be made after the tour.
Travel insurance is available, ask for a brochure or find a link to Allianz Global Assistance on this website. Tours By Design reserves the right to cancel a tour due to low registration. If the tour is cancelled by Tours By Design, you would receive a full refund for any amounts paid.
