Tour Includes:
Round trip transportation via Hale Bus, tour escort, local guide in Boston including gratuity, 2 nights accommodations at Courtyard by Marriott, meals and attractions as noted on itinerary. *There is an optional dinner buffet on July 4th. Add $22.00 per person inclusive if you'd like to reserve the dinner. Otherwise your dinner is on-own from concessions or under the tent at the Hyatt Regency.
Not included: Optional but customary gratuity for driver and escort. Industry standards suggest $2.00-$3.00 per person, per day for each, based on your level of satisfaction.
No envelopes are provided, please handle on an individual basis.
Reservation & Payment Info:
$100.00 deposit per person to hold seat. Balance/full payment by May 31, 2019. Checks payable to Tours By Design, Inc. $25.00 fee for returned checks. (Credit cards not accepted). There are no refunds for individual cancellations made after June 1; Travel insurance is suggested. Request a brochure, find a link to Allianz Global Assistance on this website, or call Allianz at 1-800-284-8300 and provide ACCAM# F032835. All cancellations subject to a $5.00 service fee once any payment made. *We suggest reservations by April 1 as seating is limited for the Harbor Cruise. Additions accepted based on availability.
SPECIAL NOTE: There is a good deal of walking to get to the concert on July 3rd. While we will walk as a group with a guide and at a slow pace, those who use a walker may find it too difficult to walk the distance required. A wheelchair is fine as long as the person pushing can do the distance. Each passenger must bring a folding chair and be able to carry it to the concert and fireworks.
