Reservation & Payment Info:
Full payment within two weeks of making reservation, and no later than October 10, 2019. Reservations made after October 10 are subject to availability. Checks payable to Tours By Design. Sorry, credit card payments are not accepted. There is a $25.00 fee for checks returned for insufficient funds. We cannot guarantee refunds for individual cancellations after October 10, 2019. Any refund would be given after tour concludes. There is a $5.00 service fee for any cancellation made prior to October 10 if payment has been made. Travel insurance is available, ask for a brochure or find a link to Allianz Global Assistance on our website. Tours By Design reserves the right to cancel a tour due to low registration.
