Reservation & Payment Info:
Full payment is due within two weeks of making reservation. Seats will not be held for more than two weeks without full payment.
Payment for this tour is non-refundable. If you can not go you can transfer your seat to another person for no fee but you must notify our office in advance of the tour with the name and telephone number of the traveler. Passengers younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult. This is a family-friendly event and we encourage families with children over the age of 5 to take part. Alcohol is prohibited on board the motorcoach.
To make a reservation, call or e-mail our office with name of all travelers, a phone number, and boarding location. Follow up with payment in full by check or money order payable to Tours By Design and mailed to PO Box 29, Hinckley NY 13352
