Tour Includes:
Round trip transportation via Hale Bus, tour escort, two nights accommodations, meals and attractions as highlighted in the itinerary. Not included: Optional but customary gratuity for driver and escort. Industry standards suggest $2.00-$3.00 per person, per day for each, based on your level of satisfaction. No envelopes are provided, please handle on an individual basis. We request that you do not pass an envelope around the bus.
Reservation & Payment Info:
$100.00 deposit per person within two weeks of reservation. Balance by September 10, 2021. Checks payable to Tours By Design, Inc. $25.00 fee for returned checks. (Credit cards not accepted). We cannot guarantee refunds for individual cancellations after September 10; Travel insurance is suggested. All cancellations subject to a $5.00 service fee once any payment made. *Any refund for cancellations after September 10 will be determined and disbursed after the conclusion of a tour.
