Tour Includes:
Round trip motorcoach transportation via Hale Bus, tour escort, one-night accommodations at Chautauqua Harbor Hotel including tax, luggage handling, welcome reception, Made-in-America Store, admission to National Comedy Center and Lucy-Desi Museum, 4 meals – 2 lunch, 1 dinner, 1 breakfast. Not included: optional but customary gratuity for driver and escort. Industry standards suggest $2.00-$3.00 per person per day for each, based on your level of satisfaction.
Reservation & Payment Info:
Minimum $100.00 deposit per person within two weeks of reservation. Balance/full payment by August 12. Additions after August 12 subject to availability as hotel rooms are limited. Checks payable to Tours By Design, Inc. (Credit cards not accepted). There is a $25.00 fee for checks returned from the bank. We cannot guarantee refunds for individual cancellations after August 12; travel insurance is encouraged. All cancellations are subject to a $5.00 service fee once any payment is made. Any partial refund for cancellations after August 12 will be determined and disbursed after the tour.
