Fulll payment by October 12, and is NON-REFUNDABLE, no exceptions. If you find a replacement there is no extra charge for name change. Payment by check only, payable to Tours By Design, Inc. There is a $25.00 fee for checks returned from bank. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.
