Not included: Optional but customary gratuity for driver and escort, housekeeping gratuity.
Reservation & Payment Info:
Minimum $100.00 deposit (or full payment) per person is required within two weeks of making reservation. Balance/full payment must be received no later than March 20. Checks or money order payable to Tours By Design. $25.00 fee for returned checks. (Credit cards not accepted). There are no refunds for individual cancellations made after March 20; Travel insurance is encouraged. All cancellations prior to March 20 are subject to a $5.00 service fee once any payment is made. *Reservation requests made after March 20 are subject to availability, and may be at a higher cost.
