Tour Includes:
Round trip motorcoach transportation, tour escort, one-night accommodations at Hampton Inn including taxes, luggage handling and breakfast, 1 dinner, and attractions as highlighted in the itinerary. Not included: Optional but customary gratuity for driver and escort. Industry standards suggest $2.00-$3.00 per person, per day for each, based on your level of satisfaction. No envelopes are provided, please handle on an individual basis.
Reservation & Payment Info:
$100.00 deposit per person is required within two weeks of reservation. Balance/full payment by October 15, 2023. Checks payable to Tours By Design, Inc. $25.00 fee for returned checks. (Credit cards not accepted). We cannot guarantee refunds for individual cancellations made after October 15; the purchase of Travel Insurance is encouraged. You can purchase insurance from wherever you choose but for one option, find a link to Allianz Global Assistance on this website, or call Allianz at 1-800-284-8300 and provide ACCAM# F032835. All cancellations are subject to a $5.00 service fee once any payment is made. *Any partial refund for cancellations after October 15 will be determined and disbursed after the conclusion of a tour. Reservations accepted after October 15 based on availability.
