Seven nights aboard a beautiful Emerald Cruise Ship and a two-night hotel stay and touring in Munich, Germany including entrance to a beer tent on the Oktoberfest fairgrounds. More exceptional inclusions: 22 meals (9 breakfasts, 6 lunches, 7 dinners), shore excursions with English-speaking local guides and a personal listening device, complimentary regional wines, beer and soft drinks with onboard lunches and dinners, bottled water in your stateroom, all gratuities on board, complimentary WiFi and bicycles on board. Reservation & Payment Info:
Airfare from Syracuse, New York is $1850.00 per person. Inquire for air quote if you will be flying from a different city. (You do have the option to purchase your own airfare but note; when air is purchased and ticketed through the tour company free round trip airport transfers are included in Europe. If you purchase your own air, the transfers are not included.)
Deposit: $400.00 per person within five business days of making reservation. Non-refundable unless you have purchased the optional Traveler Protection Plan (TPP) offered through Mayflower Cruises and Tours. The cost of the TPP is $569.00 and can only be purchased at the time of deposit. Therefore the total due initially for deposit and TPP is $969.00. Travel insurance can by purchased from wherever you choose. Another option is Allianz Global Assistance https://www.allianztravelinsurance.com/ You would want to purchase this within ten days of reservation in order to receive the most coverage.
While travel insurance is optional, we strongly encourage it to protect your investment. Please review the cancellation charges on the back of the tour flyer if you do not purchase insurance.
Balance: Due to Tours By Design by June 17, 2024
Preferred method of payment is by check or money order payable to Tours By Design.
Passport: Traveler must provide a copy of passport two weeks after booking. Expiration date of passport must be at least 6 months after return date of the tour.
There are a variety of cabin/stateroom categories aboard the Emerald Cruise ship. Prices of this tour for Twin Occupancy range from $5229.00 to $7665.00 per person depending on your choice. Options are found on the last page of the tour flyer. Availability can change at any time.
