Tour Includes:
Served lunch (pre-select stuffed chicken breast or boneless pork chop), tax, gratuity, and entertainment. Cash bar available, and a 50/50 raffle to benefit the American Cancer Society.
NOTE: Transportation is not included. This event is open to groups and individuals who can arrive on their own. If you have a larger group and want motorcoach transportation arranged, please contact our office.
Reservation & Payment Info:
Full payment by check payable to Tours By Design, Inc. is required for reservation. We need the name(s) and phone number for each individual attending as well as meal choice at the time of reservation. Payment is non-refundable. If you can not attend you can send a replacement but our office should be notified in advance. NOTE: Tables seat 8 or 10 guests and seats are pre-assigned in order of reservation. Upon your arrival at Twin Ponds a greeter will welcome you and provide you with your table assignment.
Deadline is October 17, with additions taken until October 31 based on availability. There are no "walk-ins" accepted the day of event. All reservations are made through Tours By Design, please do not contact Twin Ponds to reserve.
Doors open at 11:30am, Lunch at noon, show 1:45 - 3pm. All times are approximate.
