The tour cost on our flyer includes roundtrip airfare from Syracuse but you do have the option to secure your own air, and we can obtain pricing for those flying from other departure locations.

Reservation & Payment Info:
Call us for a flyer and reservation form. When you decide you want to go let us know so that we can hold your seat. Then a non-refundable deposit of $250.00 per person is due within one week by check or credit card. You'll also need to return the completed reservation form. This tour is offered in conjunction with Mayflower Cruises and Tours and they offer an optional Travelers Protection Plan (TPP). If purchasing the TPP, that payment must be made at the time of deposit, it can not be purchased later. By purchasing the TPP your tour deposit is then refundable if you should cancel up to one day prior to departure. The cost of the TPP is $399.00 per person for the land and air package. If you are securing your own air, the TPP is $349.00 per person for the land-only tour. The balance of the tour must be paid in full by mid-July 2025. The cancellation policy without the TPP is found on the back of the tour flyer. NOTE: You can also choose to purchase travel insurance wherever you want, we just strongly encourage you to do so and protect your investment. Mayflower's TPP through TripMate Insurance is just one option.
You will also need to send us a copy of your passport with an expiration date of at least six months after the tour return date.
